Flat Roof Restoration

Flat roofs are relatively safe and efficient to restore. If the substrate is intact and the membrane is in need of restoration, the process is simple.

Step 1: Pressure wash the roof, removing any dirt and grime.

Step 2: Seal all seams and small holes with a basecoat and fabric just like a Metal Roof.

Step 3: Cover the entire surface with our seamless, highly reflective white Polyurethane modified acrylic top coat.

In some cases, for various reasons, it is necessary to do a fabric reinforced system over the entire roof. This is a process that utilizes a woven fabric embeded in the coatings applied across the entire surface, rather than only the seams.
